" Weekly sessions at Pilates Works Studio are an essential part of my wellbeing. These sessions build and maintain my core strength and really help my posture and flexibility. I enjoy using the equipment with the expert teachers on hand ensuring I get maximum benefit.  My sessions are fun, challenging and very beneficial as my family, friends and even my doctor confirm. I’ve been doing Pilates for 20 years now and Pilates Works Studio in Weybridge is by far the best studio I have ever frequented. "
