FOR NOW THIS CLASS IS SET AT A SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL RATE This is a 12 week class. We are excited to introduce a ballet exercise class specifically designed by the Royal Academy of Dance based on research into best exercise practice for older people. These classes maintain the Pilates principles of breath, balance and flowing movement to create elegant poise and wonderful posture. They improve core strength and balance and can help with osteoporosis and falls prevention. Importantly they are sociable and fun. Although designed for the over 55s, everyone is welcome. Ballet shoes are not essential for your first session but your teacher will guide you should you love it so much that you decide to enrol for the term. Maximum of 8 participants.
