Spring / Beginners Mat – TH (Short Course) Sold Out

This is a 10 week class (short course). These classes are for absolute beginners or for those who have done a little Pilates in the past but have not done Pilates for some time. Exercises focus on learning the fundamentals including breathing, neutral spine and centering. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Spring / Reformer 1 – M (Short Course)

This is a 6 week class (short course).  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
