Reformer Classes

January 2025

Spring / Reformer 2 – M

This is a 12 week class.  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have already had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 12 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Spring / Men’s Reformer – F

This is a 12 week class. This class on the Reformer will be taught at a level that will challenge, strengthen and stretch each attendee whilst addressing some of the specific joints and muscle groups that are points of weakness and strain unique to the male body. It will aim to improve each client’s physical condition seeking to reduce day-to-day aches and pains whilst enhancing performance and physicality for sport and hobbies. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

They are progressively fast in tempo and increasingly flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
