This is a 14 week class. Barre classes are suitable for all levels and guarantee to challenge you whatever your level may be! These classes are a fast-paced fusion of ballet, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the barre which give you a lean and chiselled body fast! The class combines the principles and safety of Pilates with functional standing ballet movements. With no prior experience necessary these classes are accessible to everyone. They can also complement your existing Pilates programme. Meet you at the barre! Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
