Autumn / Reformer 1 – W

This is a 14 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have never done Pilates before or may have done some mat work but are keen to work on the Reformer. Emphasis will be placed on learning to use the machine to give the body resistance and support. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Early Intermediate Mat – W Sold Out

This is a 14 week class.  These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Improver and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 14 week class.  These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have already had at least 10 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning movement. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn term

Autumn / Adult Ballet – TH

This is a 14 week class.  A basic knowledge of classical ballet is recommended for this class. These classes combine a traditional ballet routine with Pilates principles of flowing movement, concentration and breath. The classes also focus on enhancing balance, muscle stretching and strengthening. The majority of each session takes place at the ballet barre. For those who wish to avoid jumping or turning, variations in the class programme will be provided for you. These classes are a fantastic complement to your existing Pilates programme. Maximum of 10 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Beginners Mat – TH (Short Course) Sold Out

This is a 6 week class (short course). These classes are for absolute beginners or for those who have done a little Pilates in the past but have not done Pilates for some time. Exercises focus on learning the fundamentals including breathing, neutral spine and centering. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 14 week class. These Pilates classes on the mat concentrate on how to master the 36 original classical exercises designed for execution on the mat. Movement will become much more flowing and dynamic and therefore challenging. Maximum of 12 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

Autumn / Reformer 3 – F

This is a 14 week class. These Reformer classes are equivalent to the advanced mat and are for those who have had 30 plus sessions on the Reformer either in groups or privately. They are fast in tempo and flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Not suitable for anyone with an injury. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.

This is a 14 week class. These Reformer Pilates classes are for those who have already had at least 20 sessions on the Reformer either privately or in groups. Movement will become more dynamic and challenging working with a moving platform whilst patterning more complex movement. They are progressively fast in tempo and increasingly flowing in transitions demanding really good technique. Maximum of 4 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
