This is a 14 week class. A basic knowledge of classical ballet is recommended for this class. These classes combine a traditional ballet routine with Pilates principles of flowing movement, concentration and breath. The classes also focus on enhancing balance, muscle stretching and strengthening. The majority of each session takes place at the ballet barre. For those who wish to avoid jumping or turning, variations in the class programme will be provided for you. These classes are a fantastic complement to your existing Pilates programme. Maximum of 10 participants. You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
