Rehabilitation – F

This Pilates based 6 week course has been designed by our in-house Physiotherapists and is the ideal class for anyone who is rehabilitating from shoulder, spinal, pelvic, hip, knee or ankle injuries but who are not ready to attend a standard Pilates class. There are a maximum of 8 people in a class so very close attention can be paid to each individual. We will commence with basic Pilates exercises and teach you the principles of engaging your core and finding a neutral spine. We will then progress your programme in a graded way each session. It is a safe and structured environment for you to speed up your recovery. This class is designed for those who are still undergoing physiotherapy treatment but have reached the stage where your rehabilitation is becoming more focused on exercise and return to activity and less on manual therapy.
