This is a 8 week class.

These Pilates classes on the mat offer a perfect transition between Beginner and Intermediate Mat Classes. They are perfect for those who want to progress but at a slightly slower pace, maybe due to a previous injury or current movement restriction.

Maximum of 12 participants.
