Summer / Advanced Mat – M

This is a 10 week class.

These advanced Pilates classes on the mat are for those who want to learn the classical mat in its purest form and in the correct sequence. These classes have a fast tempo with flowing transitions. Not suitable for anyone with an injury.

Maximum of 12 participants.
