Spring / Beginners Mat – W (Short Course)
This is a 10 week class (short course).
These classes are for absolute beginners or for those who have done a little Pilates in the past but have not done Pilates for some time. Exercises focus on learning the fundamentals including breathing, neutral spine and centering.
Maximum of 12 participants.
You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
