Spring / Adult Ballet – TH
This is a 12 week class.
Adult Ballet classes are suitable for all levels and a basic knowledge of classical ballet is recommended but not essential.
These classes are a traditional ballet routine that will include the Pilates principles of flowing movement, concentration and breath. The classes will also focus on enhancing balance, muscle stretching and strengthening. The majority of each session will take place at the ballet barre.
For those who wish to avoid jumping or turning, variations in the class programme will be provided for you.
These classes are a fantastic complement to your existing Pilates programme.
Maximum of 10 participants.
You are very welcome to join a class once the term has commenced.
