This is a 3 week class.

These intermediate / advanced Pilates classes on the mat are for those who want to learn the classical mat in its purest form and in the correct sequence. These classes have a fast tempo with flowing transitions. Not suitable for anyone with an injury.

Maximum of 12 participants.
