Well done for taking this next step towards embarking on your Pilates journey!

All you need to do now is decide which is the best route for you to get started.

OPTION 1

BOOK INITIAL CONSULTATION
This consultation is for those who would like a completely personalised introduction to Pilates. It is also the best route to take if you have a specific injury, pain or condition that needs 1:1 attention. Your teacher will discuss with you your aims and objectives and at the end of the session your teacher will suggest how best for you to proceed. This might be by further private tuition or it might be by joining a beginner group matclass.

OPTION 2

JOIN BEGINNERS MAT CLASS
This is a introductory course for those completely new to Pilates. It is perfect for those who do not have any major injuries or pain and like the social aspect of a class environment. This course will teach you the basic principles of Pilates and will introduce you to exercises that address posture, muscle imbalances and that also activate your core. These classes utilise the Pilates mat as well as small apparatus such as balls, bands and rings that support and challenge you your body.

OPTION 3

JOIN A BEGINNERS REFORMER CLASS
This is a introductory course for those completely new to the Reformer which is an incredibly powerful piece of equipment. It stretches and strengthens the body via a series of springs that offer resistance and support. With just 4 people in each class you will have your own reformer and will be amazed how quickly you get results!

OPTION 4

JOIN A REHABILITATION CLASS
Whether the result of an injury, an operation, medical diagnosis or even if you have unexplained aches and pains, then Pilates rehabilitation classes may be the ideal way forward for you. Before joining a rehabilitation class, we highly recommend an initial Pilates consultation with us so that we can assess your needs and suitability for a group class. Each class is run by a fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and there are a maximum of 8 participants. During these classes you will be taught the fundamentals of Pilates and will be given personal exercises to aid your recovery.

" Weekly sessions at Pilates Works Studio are an essential part of my wellbeing. These sessions build and maintain my core strength and really help my posture and flexibility. I enjoy using the equipment with the expert teachers on hand ensuring I get maximum benefit.  My sessions are fun, challenging and very beneficial as my family, friends and even my doctor confirm. I’ve been doing Pilates for 20 years now and Pilates Works Studio in Weybridge is by far the best studio I have ever frequented. "
